When I was 19, I watched the movies „Lord of the rings“ and was absolutely fascinated by the landscapes. So I asked my friend google, where it was filmed: NEW ZEALAND. Yes, that’s where I will go one day. This was the beginning of my story...
Meanwhile I did my 3y-career as a professional child/youth care worker and run my daily life. Now I have a 1.5years-break of my job, quit my flat sharing and booked a flight.
Here I am, 5 years later, following my heart!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I’m travelling and I hope Couchsurfing is another way for meeting locals and to get known with other cultures and habits. In addition to that there is that big community here for social time and culture exchange. These encounters are the way for opening and extending our minds!

Music, Movies, and Books

It depends on who, where and when...
I dance to drum and bass music and I also love drinking a cup of tea while listening to Florence and the machine. My body moves the whole night on the dancefloor with deep house music and in the bus I’m listening to German hip hop.

My favourite movie is "C‘est la vie", a french comedy drama, which is very unpopular but so good! Another one is Fathers And Daughters, which is a very depressing and heartbreaking drama.
Ohhh, I wish I could live in the world of Harry Potter. I saw every movie in the cinema with my grandma:) I try to find the books while I’m travelling because I really want to read them now.
Interstellar and The Arrival catch me everytime again and I have a lot of movies with Leonardo Di caprio at home.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Being in the winter wonderland in Salzburg, Austria. It was endless romantic and remembering that, I feel so much love!
Now I felt in love with New Zealand. This country is so incredibly and stunning!

Teach, Learn, Share

I want to improve my English all the time and can teach you a every word and sentence in german. Furthermore I carry some henna cones in my backpack and could paint you a temporary tattoo if you like!
While traveling I just realised that I lost my eye on all the things and activities I liked. So I’m very open to increase my ideas by meeting other people.
When I’m back home, I will definitely buy a keyboard with my dad because one day I wanna play „comptine de un autre ete“, the soundtrack of the Amelie movie, my own piano!
