Overview
About Me
Born and raised in Japan.
We are a couple of an artist and a photographer.
Seekers of what we can do to make the world better place.
We're Japanese but a bit different from the stereotype. If you feel discomfort about us, we really want you to share it to us, not holding it in your heart. (Many people don't in person at the moment and complain later)
Maybe that's where we can know about each other more. No need to take it personally because we all don't mean to be mean.
Only exchanging opinions makes it possible to understand others.
Taka and I went to the same junior high, being together for three years. We are more like buddies and each other's partner rather than crazy lovers.
Ayaka, female one, went to San Diego, California for studying abroad for a year 2013-2014.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
We’re going to go on our "first" round-the-world trip from January to widen our views, and to find something we can do to make the world better , and spread love.
This time, we'll travel from Europe to North America for about six months.
We quit our jobs and decided to go on this journey. As couchsurfers, of course it's important to enable us to travel with low budget on CS, but the greatest thing is that to get connected with new people, especially the locals.
I need to know we can feel that people are connected even though we have different backgrounds and speak different languages.
We stand on the belief that human being essentially have the common goal of love and peace.
We want to make this trip very special enough to change the way we live when back in Japan.
Hoping to see you somewhere.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Ayaka : I did surfing for the first time in KONA, the big island Hawaii, that was the most exciting activity l've ever done! You can check the pic of me doing "aloha" sign on a board.
Taka : Visiting Hiroshima in Japan where the one and only place experienced nuclear weapon attack. There's a museum exhibits the sad history, which expresses people's pain and the violent power of nuclear weapon, still vividly sink into our memory.
Hiroshima has overcome the tragedy and now it's a beautiful and peaceful city full of tourists and the local with a warm heart.

✨🌎COUCH CHALLENGE🤘🏻✨
(We just found a decent couchsurfer who does this so stole his idea!🤐)
: Here's what we want to try and accomplish through CS.
A◆Shooting and creating a movie clip of corporative people we encounter through CS saying "LOVE" or " PEACE" and releasing it on YouTube and instagram account. The background music will be "Where is the love" by Black Eyed Peas. Definitely it's going to be a hit😎
T◆Publishing a photo book of pictures we took in the trip.
T◆Getting tattoos related to the memories we have on this trip
