About Me
Hi! My name is Clàudia. I'm a editorial design student in Barcelona (yes, there's more than one kind of design studies!)
I love spending time with my family, friends and my two dogs.
I'm currently working as a book-cover designer at Planeta Editorial (an editorial from here Barcelona), so i'm obviously in love with books.
Whenever I'm on a trip, I really enjoy visiting the city on the go and not planning all the stops. I also try, when I'm in a new country, to find a place to eat where I can try local cuisine, so i'm open to suggestions! :)
A must-stop for me, in every city I visit are museums.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I'm here on Couchsurfing to learn a little from other types of traveling, where I can meet more locals and get to know how they live.
I'm new here so i'm expecting to life fucking awesome adventures with local people, or just to have a nice time while we share beers. And, moving into realistic expectations, I'm willing to practice my english and maybe learn something from other languages! (and eat local food)

Music, Movies, and Books
My taste in music is pretty extensive, I love musical movies and their OST, I love ska (specially Spanish and Italian ska), I also like catalan music (pachanga catalana, like Doctor Prats) and some melodic metal (power metal specially dragonforce) and against all possibilities, I like Malibu from miley cirus (don't know when it happened, don't know why it happened).
I don't have a favorite movie, but I've seen a hundred times Juno, Brave, all Harry Potter movies and death at a funeral. I'm a huge Rick and Morty fan and I love the Walking Dead, GOT, Gravity falls...
The best book for me is a comic (I used to be a huge manga fan, now i've opened my world to more kinds of comics), but some of the best novels I read are 1984, Ender's game and farenheith 451.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I thing I haven't done nothing amazing yet but I with all the Catalonian independence thing going on here, I feel like i'm living a part of history, which is pretty amazing for me.
Teach, Learn, Share
I can teach how to survive being a designer, and I speak Catalan, Spanish and English, so I can teach some :)
Two years ago I was learning Japanese so if someone can teach me more, it would be awesome.
I hope to share experiences, food and good times with locals!
