Amigos,
My name is Clément. I am from the South of France and I moved to Portugal 1 year ago to open a Crêperie with my family.
We settle in a village close to the ocean where I learnd to surf and how to cook different crêpe recipes. Right now, I am traveling in South America looking for inspirations and things to learn before starting my own business.
