"Step outside to be active and to explore the beauty of the nature" - this is probably the motto that describes me pretty well.
Outdoor sports takes up the most time of my free-time. Therefore, I love to relax during the miles I run , cycle or swim. I also participate competitively in obstacle course races and therefore travel to one or the other race across and around Germany.
However, I also do something else but sports and enjoy playing the piano and organ.
Additionally, I spent 10 months on an exchange in the USA, Minnesota and in Canada, Alberta. Some of the greatest experiences were to get to know new people and different cultures, not only the local ones but also from all over the world.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

In different occassions I was new in a country, city or community (e.g. during an exhcange year in the USA and Canada; alone during multi-day hikes in the alps; participating in new events).
The openness and generosity of people that welcomed me was amazing and help me to become a better version of myself.
