About Me

Hi there! 😊
My name is Chiara who is living in Bremen in Germany. It’s a beautiful location with a lot of things and activities to do! :-) I am really knowledge about my hometown and their history (in general in history).
I like to watch Netflix, to cook and relax. I spent my weekends with my friends and like to drink some beer or wine with them. But sometimes you will catch me with a book on a couch.
I love to travel. A lot! In 2018 I was traveling for one year. 369 days. It was a great experience. I love to talk about and to share it. I love daily trips to the sea, to surf, to grill, to laugh. I love roadtrips, camping, bonfires, adventure. That’s all about 2018!
My family and friends are important for me. Just because I’m traveling doesn’t mean that i am not in contact with them. I was calling them like 1-2 times a week. I need it and they need it. It’s everything for me.

That’s just a bit of me and my life :-)

Music, Movies, and Books

Music: punk, folk and german hip hop
Books/movies: Harry Potter, historian books, biographies, about travels - about „the real life“

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

When I was younger, i knew I have to work, earn and to save a lot of money for my travels. So when I was 18 I started to work a lot. I went to school, came back home and start to work. Weekends I was working. Summer vacation? - I was working! — and that’s one of my first great experiences I’ve made so far. I used to work on a beautiful german Island (Amrum). I already did it 3 years in a row at vacations. Amrum is a great experience anyway. I went to Amrum 6 years in a row. It’s such a beautiful place!
The 9 months of working holiday in New Zealand was as a great experience as the rest of 3 months traveling through Fiji, Australia, Indonesia, Thailand and Cambodia.
I was snorkeling with manta rays, sharks and giant turtles. I was sandsurfing, roadtripping and was invited to a traditional fijian birthday party. I was working in Cambodia and lived there in my FIRST own apartment. This time was the time of my life, which i will always remember!

Teach, Learn, Share

I can cook nice food and know a lot of german food. Btw: I love food. — I can cook some „real“ Thai food as well.
I can show a few soccer tricks
Teach some German and a bit French and a bit bit bit Spanish
Telling a looooot of stories about the travels
I’m a person who loves to listen to good stories too! And i love to learn about something new from others.
