Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I've met some great people in my journeys so far. I think it's an amazing thing when people cross paths traveling.

As I tend to travel alone I like to meet people who might want to join me at a museum, grab drinks, or see a concert. It makes things more fun! Plus having someone who knows the area is a great way to find the hidden gems.

Interests

Recently I have been fostering dogs that are rescued here in Qatar, destined for homes across the globe.

I take a lot of photos and hoard them on my laptop. I have a waterproof camera so I can one day snap a whale shark.

I love many genres of music, and like to dance! (if you can call it dancing)

I grew up on an island so I love being near the ocean... Hope to try scuba diving soon!

I enjoy cooking but let's be real... the food is the best part. Love to try different cuisines!

I like technology, especially how it connects us with information and people (the way couchsurfing does)

Music, Movies, and Books

Always have a place for classic rock and folk music, thouh I like many different genres. I am a hobby DJ and I tend to play disco and funky house, recently I have been getting more into minimal house sounds but I appreciate a very wide range of sounds. I love to go out and dance!

The Big Lebowski (and any Coen brothers movie), any Quentin Tarantino, Back to the Future, Lord of the Rings are some of my all-time favourites.
