Hi Everyone!

My name is Emets and I’ve been using Couchsurfing to meet new friends and travel buddies. I am from the Philippines (Filipino) 🇵🇭 and mostly traveling around South East Asia and East Asia. I work remotely so that I can travel around while doing my work as an operations manager, and now as an Executive Assistant.

I would want to meet new people and make friends with other travelers I will meet. I am an easy going person and most of my friends says I'm a positive person and brings sunshine to our group. I’m also the person who connects people together, I think that’s my super power lol. I met a couple of friends here in couchsurfing since 2018 and I hope to meet more people this year!

My friend Marissa told me about Couchsurfing when we met in Taiwan last September 2017. She told me how awesome this app is, meeting new people and making friends with strangers. Learn and share each others culture. Hope to make friends with other travelers while on a solo adventure.

I like to spend time with my friends and also watch movies, animes and tv series when during my free time. I also read One Piece Manga (Japanese Manga) once a month haha. I like dogs specially Golden retrievers! I used to travel alone to eat out and meet with other travelers.

Une aventure extraordinaire que j'ai vécue

Got to know 3 travellers in Taiwan last Sept 2017. I have 1 Canadian friend now, Marissa. One Australian friend, Anthony. And one Japanese friend named Yosh. Marissa went to the Philippines last January 2018 and we had fun when we walked the streets of Manila! Yosh will visit on March while I’m still trying to convince Anthony to try the Philippines too on his next vacation :)

I talked to 2 Arabs roaming around Cebu City last August and now we're friends! (For me that's super awesome!)

Getting to be friends with strangers and fellow travellers is so amazing!
