I am a portuguese guy, struggling through the second year of Medicine School and currently studying in Lisbon. 👨🏽‍⚕️🇵🇹
I practice Judo, and I like to do physical activity, like going to the gym or simply running with my dog in the beach.
Besides Judo, in my free time I like to play music: I play violin (I was in MusicSchool for 6 years), guitar (which I learned by myself) and a little bit of piano (which I also learned by myself, but I’d love to have classes).

I got to know couchsurfing through a friend of mine, and the concept seemed really interesting!
I started travelling more since I started practising Judo (for training camps and competitions) and we always stayed at locals’ houses (friends of my coach), and they also would show us the city or advise about good places to visit, which is exactly Couchsurfing’s philosophy, to I am very fond of it

MUSIC
I have a very diverse music taste:
Rock, like Queen, Beatles and Radiohead;
Indie/alternative music, like Tame Impala, Arctic Monkeys or Alt-J;
Transe, Disco, House, Trap and Drum&Bass;
Classical music, like Bach, Tchaikovsky, Chopin and Débussy.
Not a big fan of Pop and R&B. I didn’t like Rap but I started to appreciate it recently 😁

MOVIES/SERIES/BOOKS
A big Fan of Harry Potter, Game of Thrones, The Hunger Games, The Good Doctor and Sense8

Unfortunately I don’t have much time to read because of university. The last book I read was “The Celestine Prophecy” by James Redfield

Una cosa incredibile che ho fatto

My team and I won the Judo Teams National Championship, against all odds and expectations! It was one of my happiest and surprising days of my life.
Another thing I am proud of myself too is that I had a perfect score (20/20 points) in the Portuguese National exam of Biology and Geology.
