About Me

Hi there. I'm Gabriel. I come from Bolivia but currently I'm doing a B. A. in Audio Design in Berlin, Germany.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I love to travel, but I as an international student many times it's difficult for me to afford accommodation. Also because of bad experiences in shared room hostels in the past, I feel safer with a private host.

Interests

My background is in music. I played with many bands in my hometown as singer, guitarrista and/or songwriter. I lean towards the progressive and experimental side of rock, metal, jazz, electronic and classical western music. I also played indigenous music from my country and I love to discover music traditions from around the world. I also enjoy classic and arthouse cinema, videogames, and art and culture in general.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I guess saving money for six years to be able to afford education abroad was kinda amazing when I think about it.

Teach, Learn, Share

My main instruments are the voice and the guitar, so if you are interested in learning a bit I can share what I know. If you are getting into music production I can also listen to your songs or beats and give you some tips. And if you are learning Spanish you can also practice with me :)
