About Me

CURRENTLY UNABLE TO HOST :(

I come from Brno, Czech Republic. At 16, I spent one year studying in Colorado, USA, and I've been living all over the place ever since: France, Switzerland, Scotland and Reunion Island, and maybe more to come (?).
I try to pursue a sustainable lifestyle.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Because this is a wonderful way to get to know new people with whom we might share lots of experience...
Great cultural exchange!

Interests

I'm a hardcore renaissance person, I have plenty of interests!
I love music. I can play eight instruments, but my absolute favourite one is piano.
I love reading while drinking a cup of tea; I've also written a couple of my own stuff. I've been a scout leader since I was 13, and being a member of the Scouts movement is an important part of my life.
I like traveling and getting to know more places. I prefer hikes with camping under the open sky, but I also enjoy city sight-seeing.
I'm interested in history and politics. I like to learn new languages.
And these are really just some of my major hobbies. I'm pretty sure we'll find a common topic for a conversation :)

Music, Movies, and Books

Music: anything from classical music through rock to electronic music
Books: The Napolitan Novels, The Little Prince, 21 Lessons for the 21st Century, The Book of Lost Things, Jurassic Park, Martian... Literature is my passion!
Movies: Finding Nemo

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I earned a full covered scholarship which gave me the opportunity to live and study abroad at the age of 16. This gave me the courage to slow-travel the world which I've been doing ever since!

Teach, Learn, Share

I'm always interested in other people's passions and in return, I'll share my favorite things to do or think about.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I kinda think that the main purpose of CS is to get to know new people from foreign countries and environments - and that's exactly what I think I can offer hosts.
