Hi there, I’m Esteban

I am a certified 500H Yoga Instructor from Medellin, Colombia with an academic background in Communication from the University of Medellin and experience in the Film Industry in Colombia, Italy, and the United States.

Storytelling, Music, and Yoga are my greatest passions and I could say they saved my life and gave me purpose, now I am sharing Yoga classes with music singing some Mantras. I am also passionate about hiking, birdwatching, free diving, and Sci-fi stories!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I left Medellin back In June this year and I am right now making a stopover in the United States before hitting my way to India by the end of August. I am going to India with the purpose of teaching for the first time a 200 YTT in Vrindavan

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I just completed my Open Water Certification in Cozumel Mexico and I am fascinated by the underwater world, Learning Free Diving is my next goal I think it can integrate the breath work from Yogic Pranayamas with my passion for the Underwater world!
