Overview
About Me
Hey everyone! I am a new-graduate psychologist who is from the capital city of Turkey, Ankara. Currently, I am in my gap year. So, I am just taking some time for myself by participating in volunteering projects, traveling, and doing some freelance translating job. Traveling is a huge passion for me and I always have a wanderlust! I just love different cultures, walking the streets of cities I am not familiar with and meeting new people from all around the world.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Meeting new people is always a fun activity. I would like to expand my knowledge on how I view the world by learning other's thoughts, beliefs, experiences. I consider myself a good company but surely you could decide on that so I am down to meet :)

Music, Movies, and Books
I am a huge Coldplayer. I listen to all types of music but my favorite genre is definitely indie.
I have lots of favourite bands so the list can just go on and on. I also love old-school rock and some blues or jazz. It really just depends on my mood.
My all time favorite movie is Into The Wild. I watch it once or twice in a year. That's how much it is valuable to me :)
I also love well-known or popular TV shows and I watch a lot of them.
Some of my favorite books are classics such as Die Leiden des jungen Werthers, The Catcher in the Rye, 1984. And of course many psychology science related books. I could recommend you some of them if you are interested in psychology.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I have lived in a foreign country for 86 days. When I started living there, I absolutely did not know anyone. I just wanted to get out of my comfort zone and it was a great challenge.
Also, I consider studying psychology and trying to understand the complex human mind amazing too but I might be biased..
