About Me

Im travelling to Europe for the first time, and im looking forward to learn how locals live in the different countries im planning to visit. I Don't like being in a nice room in fancy hotel, because that doesn't show to travellers how people live in their Cities. I rather learn about history, everyday activities and costumes, by sharing moments with people who actually is interested in cultural exchange, than learning it from a guide tour.
I rather go and try to live like a local for a few days, than be showed around, with no insights.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm here specially to make a cultural exchange! I love learning about different cultures, and how could be that any better than learning from actual locals!

Music, Movies, and Books

Top movie: Pulp Fiction. I also like films which are based on real stories, for example the social network.
Books: mr Mercedes by Stephen King. I also like Brandon Sanderson's books, currently reading Firefight. I'm open for other suggestions, this year i started reading a lot more.
Music: good old rock! From The Rolling Stones, and going through many different generes, like punk, indie, grunge, and many others. According to Spotify this year The Strokes was my favorite band.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

When i was at my last year of school, i was playing with a ruler and some bubble gum, and when i got bored of it, sitting from my desk at the front row of the class, i attempted to throw it to the dust bin. I sticked the bubble gum to the ruler, and when i was making my shot, the ruler bended, and from one second to another, the gum, which was supposed to fly into the dust bin, somehow ended up flying right into my teacher's face. She instantly raged at me, sent me outside while she bursted into tears. I was between the feelings of compation for her, and bursting in laughter inside. Once outside i started laughing because i couldn't believe my bad luck and the results of my boredom.

Teach, Learn, Share

I'm really looking forward to teach people how to do the Argentina's finest contribution to this world: Asado! I can also teach how to prepare amazing mate (hot and bitter drink that any good Argentinian must know how to prepare).
I'm really looking forward to learn lots about British culture, i find it really catchy. History, music & beer, the perfect trinity!
Also rugby! I played rugby for 7 years, and I would love to go and see a match if is there any while I'm there.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I can offer long and interesting conversations while sharing a hot Mate! And I can be the cook for a good Asado, and teaching some of my knowledge so you can do it yourself after I'm gone!

Countries I’ve Visited

Brazil, Chile, Uruguay
