I’m a 19 year old medical student from Portugal! Since I was very young that I started traveling and I’ve developed a craving for it. I love meeting new people, new cities, new cultures, and I consider myself quite open minded! I just love sharing and learning from other people’s experiences.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I want to share experiences with other travelers in different countries! I’d like to reduce the costs of staying in a foreign city, at the same time meeting and helping the hosts that are willing to receive me!

Interests

I participate a lot in the academic live of my college, being part of the student’s associaton and course commission. I’m also learning how to play the guitar and enjoying the oportunities I have to travel and just go out with friends.

Music, Movies, and Books

I have a wide range of music that I like, but if I had to choose a preferencial type that would be Indie music. Cage the Elephant, The Strokes, Beach House, are of my favourite bands.
When it comes to movies lets just say I’ve spent many hours of my life watching them! I love some of the classics like the Godfather trilogy, Pulp Fiction, One Flew Over the Cocoo’s Nest, etc.
To finish, books are one of my true passions um this world, I especially enjoy south-american authors like Gabriel Garcia Marquez or Mario Vargas Llosa. At the same time, Milan Kundera and Ernest Hemingway are of my favourite authors.
