Hello there!

My name is Gabriela and I am a 5th-year Psychology student at Jagiellonian University In Cracow. I am interested in that field of science, especially occupational and clinical psychology and it is quite a big part of my life. What I also love are sunsets and the sea, indie rock, alternative music and interior design. In my free time I adore dancing (jazz, modern and hip hop) and I really appreciate a good local food, board games and long conversations about life, culture and people.

In general I am a dreamer, a romantic, sometimes spontaneous one, but sometimes realist in me wakes up and tells me hold on, honey, think first!

I always look for the best in people, I am a sensitive and empathetic person, I can really listen to people (not just nodding my head) and give them good advices (ask my friends), of course only if they want me to do it. I think that's why I've chosen psychology or maybe psychology has chosen me?

Also, what I really appreciate in meeting new people, that each one of us has our own story and points of view and talking about them with others is what helps me stay open and understand the world better. That's why I am now studying in another country and to be honest it makes me hungry for more!

Of course, I am not a perfection, I have my flaws, but if we meet I will try to do my best, I promise!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Currently I am participating in Erasmus programme in Spain and I would like to use that opportunity to make new friends, see new places and then, after coming back, invite you to Poland and show you the beauty of my country.

Now as I rent apartment is Spain I cannot invite guests here, but in polish we say: "what is delayed does not run away", so we can stick to that :)

Teach, Learn, Share

I can teach you some dance moves, polish songs and idioms (with me it would be easy!) and I am keen on to get to know your interests and culture and get inspired :) Who knows, maybe I have a hidden talent and you will discover it?

What I Can Share with Hosts

I can share a lot of respect towards you as the host and your place, I can cook some good polish food (maybe even famous polish pierogies) and I am open to listen your history and experiences and share mine.
I am an honest and trustworthy person and I really believe in magic of couchsurfing.
