Overview
About Me
A bilingual (Hungarian - Turkish) mechanical engineering student in ODTÜ/METU who spends most of his time in Ankara/Turkey.
I consider myself open-minded and I like to learn about other cultures. Sadly I don't eat every food, I really dislike certain types of animal products like liver and also most of the vegetables. This is one of my worst sides. However, I don't have any problem with pork and I like to try new foods which don't contain the ingredients that I specifically dislike. I really like to walk (a lot, like 20+ km), be it in a city or in a forest. I love water, while the sea is great and all but a lake is something totally different.
Some other stuff about me:
-I am interested in religions (mainly the culture and how they have evolved into their modern state). However, I am not religious at all.
-I don't smoke. Also, I don't drink too much but I am always happy to share one or two beers/coffee.
Sad but I can't really party. I don't have much fun in a club.
-I want to learn Spanish but I am not very fast. It is possible that I am not trying hard enough.
-Kind of weird but I absolutely love passports. Those little booklets are amazing. Besides the awesome fact that they open up the world for one, the designs and hidden features are so amazing. I see them as a piece of super-cool art.
-Stupid fun-fact: my favorite animals are frogs. That look on their faces and their voice, like they are laughing (mockingly). They are one of the funniest creatures on earth but sadly they are dying due to the fact that we use the world as there is no tomorrow. While we might not see another sunrise, I hope those little guys will. Without them, we would be totally ducked, we owe them one.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
When I was 18, I met an Australian stranger (in his 40s) at an airport by chance and we sat for three hours and talked while drinking beer and waiting for our delayed flights. It was one of the best conversations I had with a stranger.
Teach, Learn, Share
I can teach Turkish and Hungarian and I can tell about my countries (Hungary and Turkey), I would like to learn about your country and culture. Also If you speak Spanish, I would be glad to learn as much as I can.
I lived in:
-Southeastern Turkey (Şanlıurfa) for 13 years
-Northern Turkey (Kastamonu and Azdavay) 4 years
-The capital city of Turkey (Ankara) 2+ years (since 2017)
-The capital city of Hungary (Budapest) 1 year & not continuously in the summers and winters
You can ask about those places what ever you want. (I am ok with political/sensitive/controversial topics.)
