Overview
About Me
I quit my job as a scrub nurse to travel the world in 2018. Looking forward to get to know different cultures and maybe find out how I can use this thing called „brain“ to do something useful.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Travelling doesn’t only mean seeing the sights a country has to offer. It’s more about getting to know locals, their culture and find places wich represent the country in a real way.
Interests
I really love to be overwhelmed by our planet. So I try to spend a lot of time in nature, as well skiing and trekking in the mountains or swimming in the ocean. To move, sleep, eat, breathe and simply be under the open sky is so satisfying, that I don’t need much more.
Taking photographs, laughing and make some nonsense with friends is quite full filling as well. ;)

Music, Movies, and Books
Indie, pop, electro and much more.
While traveling I prefer listening to podcasts and audiobooks, it’s way more handy than carrying books around.
Teach, Learn, Share
I love cooking, so I can prepare some great vegan meals for/with you. :)
ATM I’m into learning yoga (omygod, that sounds like I’m the eat-pray-love cliche, but im definitely not like that) and it really settles me down. Such a nice way to calm down and be mindful! It’s the same with playing the oboe. My mind gets empty and I lose myself in the practice. Unfortunately, I stopped playing a few month ago...
Learning Spanish with babbel is okay, but talking to someone who speaks fluently would be the best practice.
What I Can Share with Hosts
My friends tell me I’ve got a great sense of humour. I love to go outside, ride the bicycle, go to the market, cook dinner and have a great conversation over a beer.
