Hey, I am Emma, a happy and social Belgian little lady raising a happy smiling little girl Lily of 2 years, by my own. We travel every possible opportunity, preferably adventurous and out of the ordinary. Lived in Africa (eac and south), asia, and many places in Europe... I hop a lot :) Lot's of solo travelling, mountaineering, long hikes or expeditions. Since 2016, I continued travelling in the same way, but with a toddler (yes it IS possible ;))
I talk fluent 4 languages and I work for an organisation that promotes we should all help each other a little more and share the good stuff.

I am already a member of Warmshowers (couchsurfing for bike travellers) but since I am not always going on adventure by bike, I also created this account on couchsurfing, hoping to host people in Belgium and meet new ones abroad.

Eine tolle Erfahrung, die ich gemacht habe

In the summer of 2017, I biked from Belgium to Barcelona with my 1.5 year old daughter in a chariot. I did this to raise awareness for single moms in developping countries who struggle to give their kids a proper education due to the many challanges they face. The bike tour was the kick off of my NGO lily.care : Learning Impacts the Life of the Youth.
