I am a young open guy who want's to see the world. I grew up in Germany in the medium sized city of Karlsruhe. While going trough school i travelled a lot of europe from norway to italy eighter with friends or family. Still in school i went to america, my first time leaving europe with my father to visit an airshow. With the age of seventeen i went to india with a school projekt where we helped our partner school that educates the very poor population for one week and traveld parts of kerale for another week. A year later i finished school and went working for 2 months to financiate my first big trip, 7 months of New Zealand. There i trevalled for 3.5 months all over the two Islands and helped people of WWOOF also all over NZ for the other 3.5 months. Back in Germany i worked again to financiate my next trip to south west Asia. After that i started studying mechatronics. Now i lve in a shared flat together with my buddy with whome i travelled trough Asia.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I love the idea of young people helping each other out and making big journeys with a low budget possible. I am interested in not only seeing the country i travel to but also get to know the people living there and the culter in general. Not to be left out is the fact that it is a whole lot easier and heaps more fun to travelle a country with the help of locals. When i reach the point of having my own home i would love to be a Host as well and give back what was given to me by all the amazing people all around the World.

Interests

I have always been interested in sports and love all outdoor activitys. I've been swimming eversince i was 5 and reached a quiet high level. Whenever there was time i tried different sports from rockclimbing to whitewater paddling which brought me to the Soja and the Durance. Other then that i love skiing and most sports in the snow.

Music, Movies, and Books

Like most music depending on my mood but hear a lot of Rap in my freetime.
My favorit book must be the hitchhikers guide to the galaxy from Douglas Adams and all the sequels.
For films i don't have any favorit but i like comedy and action films the most.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I've been to the World Championship in Surf Lifesaving 2016 in the netherlands and participated in the interclub part of the competition.
