我做过的一件不可思议的事情

I grew up being passionately curious about understanding human behaviours to empower lives and I took the leap of faith to join CAP Foundation, I am responsible for facilitating a group of 29 students, including managing their schedules, training them, mentoring them, leading them. These students are coming from rural areas where they are financially and economically at the bottom of the society or who were mostly from underprivileged background. As an automobile facilitator, I motivate these students to dream bigger, go beyond the conventional ways, and think out of box. Through this humbling experience, I saw my students started to believe in themselves, and achieve what everyone in the community thought was impossible. They all got placed in automotive service centres and workshops, where they are earning for their livelihood and thereby supporting not only for themselves, but also for their family also. In conclusion, I had the privilege to teach and lead young Indians, believing in their potential, working closely with them and seeing them fulfilling their dreams.

I was also taking an intense higher engineering mathematics course to get pass GATE Exam which I failed for three times consecutively in the past.

BUT…

I was told by many of the parents of my students that I was one of the best teachers they ever had.

Even though I failed in many ways, am happy I can teach , guide, mentor, motivate those who believe in me , my students,my friends, my parents, n number of strangers who met me in this life. At the end of the day it is worth.
