I'm 👩Etta from China and currently on a Working Holiday Visa to Australia, with my husband 👨Klinsmann who’s from Singapore. We are so looking forward to our adventure ahead.

In the past 2 years I was living and working in Singapore as a Chinese language teacher. I’ve been working as a language teacher for 6 years already, my students are from all over the world, so if you want to do language exchange please do let me know!

I had been a solo traveler for many years and have visited 🇹🇭🇭🇰🇳🇵🇵🇰🇹🇼🇺🇸🇲🇽🇲🇴🇲🇾and after I met my husband in🇸🇬we went to 🇹🇭🇲🇾🇮🇩🇻🇳🇭🇰🇹🇼 and decided to explore 🇦🇺together and maybe even more. ( we’ve quit our jobs to embrace a new possibility)

We do really like different people and stories that we met on the road, and wish we’ll spend more time with you our future host/hostess to learn from you and to know more about the local community through you and your place!

We have our own pot with us so if you are ok with us cooking, we can use our own pot lol!

We are both good walker and good at adapting to the new environment, pet friendly, willing to help and love to share things we know:)

Por qué estoy en Couchsurfing

I heard about couchsurfing long time ago from someone at that time had already been a couch guest for more than 20 times. That girl shared a lot of stories that happened when she's with her different hosts.

I’ve met some friends through Couchsurfing but not really stayed with a host yet. But now it’s our turn to really try and explore a place in this way.

•Completed a 10-day alpine trek, the Nepal ABC Trail
•Gapped one year freelancing as a digital nomad, based in Dali, Yunnan, China (which planted a seed in me to become a digital nomad in the future)
•Got married to my husband after meeting him after 6 months online

My major in University is Teaching Chinese as a second language and I really think that's what I like.
