About Me

I'm brazilian living in Strasbourg. I studied urbanism because I am passionate about cities, and more than that I am passionate about people and their relationships, cultures, languages, even the complications haha.
cities are where all of this is set, as on a game board. I think that's why I love traveling and discovering new places and new people.
I'm curious, I love learning new things, I love languages, cooking, music (brazilian music abouve all <3), arts, history, philosophy and dances. i'm a quite good a forró and a tango dancer! I also practiced ballet for a long time.
I really like beautiful comics/illustrated novels too!
I'll be very happy if you want to teach me your language, or your traditional dance, or to cook your favorite food :)

Music, Movies, and Books

very very hard question! I really love expérimental brazilian jazz (Juçara Marçal, Kiko Dinucci, Thiago França, Sergio Machado, Rodrigo Campos, Romulo Froès...). I love Tom Zé (he is old but always new)

and of course I love samba de raiz, coco, maracutu, carimbó
mpb, milton nascimento, gilberto gil, caetano veloso

I also like the london jazz scene, and why not say the Strasbourg jazz alternative scene ;)

my favorite book is Invisible Cities, Italo Calvino

movies I would not be able to say, it depends on my humor

Teach, Learn, Share

I can teach you to dance forró (it's a popular brazilian dance) and to cook something new
