Hello there!

I am an easy house guest, a great conversationalist, an even better listener;), a soulful creature, and a conscientious human. I always enjoy meeting new folks; people fascinate me :D

I love to be outdoors and feel alive in my body-- swim, bike, kayak, run, dance, skip, hop, you name it- I do it.

AM: passionate, curious, compassionate, critical thinker, not afraid to be weird, real keen on authenticity.

My current travels to Washington... are for a meditation retreat, my coaching program, and a restorative justice training. Post camping out in the woods, I will be eager to explore Seattle a bit. I expect to fill my time roaming the city for sweet cafes, libraries, arts performances, and patches of green. I hope to cross paths with other interesting and caring couch surfers along the way!
