Hi everyone! My name is Daniel and if there’s a word that accurately describes me, that would be without a doubt; curiosity!
I was born in Montevideo Uruguay to a Lebanese family.
Since I was a kid I used to draw maps and look at a big atlas book my mom has given me, day dreaming of all the places I wanted to discover.
I still do it till this day, I want to see places, meet people, try things and have new experiences, after all, isn’t that what living is about?!

I’m introverted type, but that doesn’t stop me from enjoying quality conversation, in fact I love exchanging knowledge and life experiences.

I moved out of Uruguay when I was 26, lived for one and a half years in Buenos Aires, Argentina before moving to study at the HKU (academy of the arts of Utrecht) in Holland. I consequently lived for 10 years in Amsterdam, Holland, but I’ve recently moved to Barcelona.

I’m a tattoo artist by profession and work as such between Amsterdam and Barcelona.

Música, películas y libros

Music: I love many different kinds of music. Some favorite bands are, Tori Amos, Radiohead, Placebo, the Cranberries, Royksöpp, Philip Glass.

Movies: I enjoy science fiction and suspense the most, I also love documentaries!
Some of my favorite movies are: The Hours, The Others, Requiem for a Dream, The Fountain, El Espinazo del Diablo, Moon, Interstellar, Home (documentary)

Books: I mainly read articles online these days (sadly). Mainly about new technology advances and science.
Some books I’ve read and love are: The Little Prince (cliche I know) Alice in Wonderland and Trough the Looking Glass, The Never-ending Story, Jonathan Livingstone Seagull, The Madman by Kahlil Gibran.
I’m currently reading an astronomy book called “Hijos de las Estrellas” (Spanish) by Chilean author and Astronomer Maria Teresa Ruiz.
