About Me
Hi I'm Alex from Germany.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I've heard a lot from people about it and wanted to give it a try. And now that I'm in south America I have the perfect opportunity to start. I've made my first experience with Chouchsurfing in Santiago when I just asked I guy I've met in a hostal. I really liked the experience and hope I can find more great people like him.
Interests
I love to learn about new concepts and experience different cultures. Traveling has provided me with the perfect opportunity to encounter many different kinds of people, possibilities and challenges to broaden my horizon.

Music, Movies, and Books
Music:
I'm a huge fan of all kinds of music and always happy to find new bands or styls of music. One of my favorite bands of all time is Pink Floyd. Since I've arrived in South America I've become a huge fan of the music from different countries. One of my favorite Spanish speaking band is Rawayana from Venezuela (Thanks to Patricia for showing me the band). Aleo recently a Argentinean friend of mine showed me Cumbia and I can't get enough of it.
Books:
I love reading. At the moment I'm reading a lot abut psychology since I want to start to study it in October.
But I also like a good fantasy story, one of my al time favorites is the "Name of the Wind" from Patrick Rorhfuss.
If you good a recommendation just shoot me up :)
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
An amazing moment was definitely the first time I could hold a conversation with some one in Spanish about more than just my day and what i like. I was really proud after realizing what I've just accomplished.
