About Me

Pfizer team! (Fully vaccinated, including booster)

I’m someone with a great sense of humor, who loves to laugh and always appreciates a good joke. I have a lot of experience working with kids and studied education, marketing and advertising at the university in four different countries. During this time I’ve learned a lot about different cultures and recognize the value of approaching every new situation with positivity and an open mind.

I used to play professional volleyball but ended up hurting both of my knees. To help me recover I went to physical therapy which got me back on my feet. I now try to spend my time and energy traveling and exploring new places.

Working with foundations and charities to help support animals in need, children in distress, the homeless and hungry as well as caring for elderly persons are also passions of mine. I was able to volunteer a lot when I lived in Colombia, Panama and the United States. But now I spend most of my time working and studying for my second Masters.

However, my curiosity to explore the world, desire to meet new people and continue to learn never fades. I’m always planning my next adventure with a big smile on my face. Since traveling is a passion of mine I’m always looking on websites for a good deal and cheap flight. There is nothing more exciting than exploring new places, meeting the local people, enjoying their everyday food and drink, and getting lost in the streets. All the different sights, sounds, and smells of each culture and place are what makes us different, but also what makes us human and brings us together to share everlasting bonds of kindness and friendship.

After last 2 years I want to continue to exploring the world and I want to make this the most memorable year yet. So, everyday I’m going to celebrate the gift of life and not only share, but enjoy it with every person I meet. Even though I may never cross paths with some of them again, I will never forget these cherished moments and out time together.

In the near future I have another trip planned that I know will be full of laughter, surprises, friendship, good times and some difficult ones as well. I will do and accomplish some amazing things in these foreign places, and make sure to help and support all those in need that I am fortunate enough to meet. I know there are a lot of refugees in need right now all over this world, so assisting them in any way I can will be a priority of mine.

I love the feeling of excitement and rollercoaster of emotions that I feel with each new adventure and can’t wait to experience these again. With each new trip I look forward to making new friends, bettering myself everyday, growing, learning, becoming a better person, and most importantly, leaving a lasting impression by making the world a better place.

PS: I was a spanish tutor... If you want to practice spanish, you are welcome :)

Teach, Learn, Share

I have a lot of great stories to share about my many travels, time spent volunteering, adjusting to new places and and meeting new people from many different parts of the world.

What I Can Share with Hosts

There are no streets in the world I am more familiar with than those of Madrid, Spain and Cali, Colombia. I have called both these places home.

Although, I am not a professional guide I’d be happy to show you the most popular tourist destinations and bring you to see where and how the local population lives. During our travels together I can point out and recommend where to find and experience all the best gastronomy.

Meeting new people from all walks of life and different cultures and religions is a passion of mine. As a local, sharing my time with you and providing the experiences you deserve will be a priority. There is nothing I enjoy more than meeting new people and truly value sharing time with everyone.

I enjoy all different kinds of food, but am not a very good cook. I am however great at cleaning dishes and pans, but no pots!!!
