About Me

I am an Engineering Student in Colombia. Currently, I am finish my last college year. Since I turned 18 years old I have been traveling to amazing places around the world. First time I get out of Colombia was for going as an Exchange Students to United States. USA is my favorite country in the world, I love how they call it, the melting pot. I lived in Berkeley, California and Norman, Oklahoma. Both places where different but awesome. Living in USA, let me go on different kind of Road trips, which let me get to know most about history and emblematic places. So far, I got to know 25 states, hope I can do soon the other half. After living in USA, I decided to spend 6 months living in Mexico City, also as an exchange student, this brought me the opportunity to study in the biggest University of the Americas, UNAM and let me loved to the amazing cheap food from Mexico. Being in Mexico, I also took the resolution with my closets friends to start a back packing journey (my first one) around Central America. We were a little bit nervous, but everything went really well. We went to different countries as Honduras, Guatemala, El Salvador, Panama and Belize, where we met people traveling same routes and shared different experiences with them. Right now, I am committed to visit more countries and travel as much as I can, I think I started to discover something that made me happy.

It has been almost a year since I wrote that first paragraph about my story. It has been a lot going on as well. Last winter, I traveled to Europe and spend one amazing month with friends I met either in Mexico and USA. the experience was amazing, in love with the food and the different cultures in the old continent. Sharing with local people, friends and family of my friends, allowed me to live the real daily day overseas. Now, back in Colombia, I am hoping to travel with my mother to Southamerica, and see the beauties that our continent is hiding.

Music, Movies, and Books

I listen to different kind of genres. Mostly Rock and Rap. About movies, I like to go to Cinema and watch drama movies. I am not a big fan of reading but if you want me to say my favorite writers. I will say Gabriel Garcia Marquez and Leon Tolstoi.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

One Amazing thing I've done... will be to survive to spend New Year's eve in New York at Times Square. I said the word Survive because literally you have to survive, low temperatures and the fact that you must stay more than 12 hours standing up in order to get a good place between the crowd.

Teach, Learn, Share

I will teach you all Countries and Capitals around the word. That is my talent.
