My name is Kačka and at the moment I live in Brno. I'm a 22 year old psychology student. I currently spend most of my time on my studies. However, in my spare time, I do enjoy travelling, going to concerts and I never turn down a good book. I enjoy grabbing a few beers with my friends from time to time, too. I love good coffee and food. I wouldn't call myself a guitarist, but I did use to play the guitar for quite some time.

Pourquoi je suis sur Couchsurfing

I like travelling. Staying with people that know the place I visit is great since they can recommend cool stuff that I often wouldn't find in a tourist guide. Also, meeting people that live in a different country is great because it helps me to see things from a different perspective. Another thing is that more often than not I am broke being a jobless college student and all. :D Because of that couchsurfing makes travelling much easier for me.

Morceaux de musique, films et livres

Most of the time I listen to rock music, alternative rock, indie and grunge. That includes Led Zeppelin, Deep Purple, Queen, The Doors, Arctic Monkeys, Radiohead, Milky Chance, Pearl Jam, Nirvana and many many more. Some of my favourite movies are the Harry Potter movies, the Lord of the Rings, Seven and my favourite Czech movie is probably Samotáři. Among my favourite books are books from Haruki Murakami, Harry Potter, E.A. Poe's short stories and The Cremator from Fuks.

Une aventure extraordinaire que j'ai vécue

I would say that the one amazing thing I've done was moving to the USA for almost a year. It took a lot of (for the lack of better words) courage for me to do that. However, looking back, I do think that this experience was really quite life changing for me.

Ce que j'aimerais partager avec mes hôtes

Possibly I could cook some food. I could also share some Czech bands that I like. Plus if I were to meet up with someone in Brno, I could show some places there that I think are cool and should be visited.
