It is hard to sum myself up into words. I am a nomadic being that loves exploring and experiencing this beautiful earth we call home. I was born in Alaska, USA and a lifelong adventurer. I am also a practicing Vipassana meditator, working inward for a better life. I believe that the simplicity of being mindful will change the world.

I love all music, vibrations are what we are made of! Some of my favorites are The Beatles, Bon Iver, RY X, city and colour, Michael Jackson, Frost, Phil Collins, MGMT anything with a dance beat!

Movies are my Jam! I grew up on movies like most kids in the 80’s and 90’s. I love them all, although horror is not my strong suit, Comedy is probably my favorite. Jim Carry, Robbin Williams, Chris Farley and Bill Murray all have a direct line to my funny bone. I think laughing is essential! My favorite show though is The Twilight Zone.
Quoting is a game I have yet to loose at.

Books... I love books. I have been into research studies lately and trying to broaden my learning. I’m reading Emotional Intelligence by Daniel Goldman right now. I love reading though, so I am up for suggestions!
