I can provide with a nice place to stay also I can help you with first-hand information about my city and Colombia in general. Even if I can't host you we can still meet up somewhere in Bogotá to practice your/my (Spanish, English or French), to sightsee, to have a cup of coffee or a beer, to walk.... or just to have a nice chat! :D
