Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Since I started traveling a bit more, I saw Couchsurfing as a great option to meet local people in places I visit. Due to some unexpectancies I didn't use that option back then, but the wish of meeting people from around the world stayed so I started hosting people when able to do so.

Music, Movies, and Books

Reggae is keeping my interest for the longest period of time, but of course there is much more that I like. I don't enjoy movies that much, probably because I cannot find the right ones. I like Miyazaki, he's the one I have watched most movies from. And as for the books, in this period of my life I read mostly about some specific topics, right now it's about bioenergy.

I think every contact with anyone or anything is sharing, and I try to learn something from each one of them. If you share my opinion, you will also learn something from our interaction. What will that be depends on many factors, but I will give my best to make the experience positive.

If I request to stay on your couch it means that I have read your profile and for some reason got interested in you. It means that I would like to hang out with you and get to know you better. So, I can offer you my company but without many expectations. I will be respectful and thankful for your willingness to accept me as a guest. And I will be flexible and try not to disturb you in your everyday routines.
