About Me

Open minded. Using this platform to become more extrovert and find my dream in life.

Graduated in February and traveling the world before I start work. The goal of this trip is to find myself and know what I really want from life by exploring other cultures. I have too many job opportunities to choose from and basically don't know anymore what I want from life. Meeting and talking to new people from different cultures will be life changing.

I'm currently joined by another Belgian who also just graduated as a Bachelor in Computer Science.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

To get to know the locals and their culture. A lot of people I met on travels were recommending this platform so I had to give it a try. I've had great CS experiences in Hong Kong and continued to be a part of the community during my world trip. I'm totally hosting people myself in Belgium when/if I eventually go back home.

Interests

I'm into music and movies, but never seem to find the time to actually watch them. So I haven't seen most of the classics. I like to keep myself busy and try new things in life. I'll never say no to new drinks or food.

"May you always do what you're afraid of"

Music, Movies, and Books

I like all sorts of music and am always carrying a Bluetooth speaker with me during my travels. I use Spotify to collect all good music I hear.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

The first CS event at Mr. Wong's restaurant in Mong Kok, Hong Kong.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I love to cook and teach you some Belgian cuisine (hint: lots of beer drinking involved). If you'd like I can teach you about IT and explain all the hip buzzwords like Big Data, crypto currency and the like! I am a decent chess player and always up for a game. If you don't know how to play, I can try and teach you.

Countries I’ve Visited

Belgium, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, Cyprus, Egypt, France, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong, Hungary, Israel, Italy, Macedonia, Montenegro, Myanmar, Palestine, Poland, Portugal, Serbia, Slovenia, Spain, Thailand, United Kingdom

Countries I’ve Lived In

Belgium, Cyprus, Palestine
