I am Anton and live in Groningen. I am a Chemical Engineer and am interested in traveling around the world. I lived in several places around my country. I like to do different sports and stay healthy. I cook myself usually and like a variety of food. I don't like wasting our worlds resources and try not to be wasteful to our planet. I make good margins investing money in all kinds of opportunities, without it being my job. Just because it's possible :) . I am very frugal; a trait shared with many billionaires. I am handy and can solve issues around the house and relating to IT/phones.

I am a native Dutch speaker, near native English, and can understand/speak a bit of German. My level of French and Spanish is basic.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I have joined couchsurfing because I would like to occasionally be a host to others and I want to explore and travel the world, meeting new hosts. I don’t like the hotel experience because I can meet interesting people this way. I like to experience new hosts and learn/teach something new to someone I meet. I have traveled to many places around the world such as the USA, Australia, and mostly throughout Europe.
