"Les voyages forment la jeunesse" dit-on, mais pas que la jeunesse ! J'ai 43 ans et pense que les voyages ont toujours à nous apprendre et à nous faire ressentir, tout au long de notre vie. Ayant déjà été en Scandinavie (Finlande, Suède, Norvège..), en Islande, en Thaïlande, en Italie (Venise, Sicile), en Espagne, en Allemagne, en Suisse, en Belgique, il me reste encore beaucoup de pays à découvrir, à voir, à vivre, beaucoup de gens à rencontrer et avec qui partager des instants et moments de vie.
Je vis actuellement en couple depuis 15 ans et je partage mon temps entre différentes activités : la gestion de mes locations meublées en Alsace, du travail au domicile de personnes âgées, du parrainage de banques en ligne... Je suis aussi en train de me former aux métiers de l'immobilier pour continuer à (mieux) investir pour mon compte, dans le but d'être complètement indépendante d'ici quelques années et de pouvoir m'adonner aux arts et aux voyages plus souvent. J'aime échanger, dialoguer avec des personnes d'une autre langue, sur la vie en général, pour m'enrichir d'autres cultures, m'imprégner d'autres modes de vie; c'est ainsi que l'on peut mieux appréhender le monde. J'aime les activités sportives (sans excès), les sorties culturelles et gastronomiques, les découvertes en tous genres, les expositions d'art et d'artisanat, le théâtre, l'humour, la littérature, les concerts, danser et chanter. Ma devise serait aussi :"Un esprit sain dans un corps sain".

"Journeys make up youth," they say, but not only youth! I am 43 years old and think that traveling always has to teach us and make us feel, throughout our life. Having already been in Scandinavia (Finland, Sweden, Norway ..), Iceland, Thailand, Italy (Venice, Sicily), Spain, Germany, Switzerland, Belgium, I still have many countries to discover, to see, to live, many people to meet and with whom to share moments of life.
I am currently living as a couple for 15 years and I share my time between different activities: the management of my furnished rentals in Alsace, work in the home of the elderly, the sponsorship of banks online ... I am also trying to train in the real estate trades to continue to (better) invest on my behalf, in order to be completely independent within a few years, so to be able to devote myself to the arts and travel more often. I like to exchange, to converse with people of another language, about life in general, to enrich myself with other cultures, to immerse in other ways of life; This is how we can better understand the world. I like sporting activities (without excess), cultural and gastronomic outings, discoveries of all kinds, exhibitions of art and crafts, theater, humor, literature, concerts, dancing, singing. My motto would be: "A healthy mind in a healthy body".

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

J'aime partager la vie des autres et faire partager un peu la mienne aussi, aussi je trouve que les chambres d'hôtes et que le couchsurfing sont un moyen excellent de découvrir un autre pays et de se faire de nouveaux amis. Je peux recevoir moi-même ponctuellement, des voyageurs, car j'ai un grand appartement. Je peux accueillir une ou deux personnes, car nous avons 2 chambres. Ceux qui sont amoureux des randonnées en moyenne montagne et aiment les forêts, ici, dans les Vosges, vous serez aux anges ! Vous pourrez parcourir les Balcons des Vosges, en moto, en auto, à pieds ou à vélo pour les courageux. La vue des crêtes est magnifique des deux côtés (côté alsacien et côté vosgien). Vous pourrez vous essayer à la pêche à la truite dans les lacs et rivières vosgiens, comme à Gérardmer et Longemer. L'Allemagne n'est pas loin de chez moi : à une 60aine de kms seulement.

I like to share the life of others and to share a little mine too, so I think bed and breakfast and couchsurfing are a great way to discover another country and to make new friends. I can receive punctually myself, because I have a big apartment. I can accommodate one or two people because we have 2 rooms. Those who are fond of hiking in the mountains and love forests, here in the Vosges, you will be happy and thrilled! You can browse the Balcons des Vosges, by motorbike, by car, on foot or by bike for the brave. The viewfrom the ridges is magnificent on both sides (Alsatian side and Vosges side). You can try trout fishing in the lakes and rivers of the Vosges, such as Gérardmer and Longemer. Germany is not far from my home : only 60 miles away.
