Atualmente, estou tentando aprender a lidar com a minha depressão e ansiedade. Apesar dessas duas vozinhas na minha cabeça me dizendo que não consigo e que é melhor desistir de tudo que conquistei, continuo tentando aprender mais sobre mim mesma e tentando ter objetivos para conquistar!

I'm currently trying to learn how to deal with my depression and anxiety. Despite these two little voices in my head telling me that I can't do it and it's better to give up everything I've achieved, I keep trying to learn more about myself and trying to have goals to achive!
