Hi! My name is Hinke, I’m a positive and enthusiastic student who lives in Groningen, Netherlands.

I like to explore new parts of the world and meet new people. I enjoy learning about other cultures, languages, sharing experiences and love being outside in the nature. My hobby’s are volleybal, politics, (play) music and running. Last year I’ve finished my (bachelor) lawstudy, and I will start my follow- up study next year. In this gap year I’ve worked as teacher social sciences at several Dutch highschools and besides I took care of three children as au pair. At the moment I travel through California for three months.

I love to cook a tasty meal and have good conversations about everything what life is about. I enjoy going out, have a glass of good (red) wine, grab a beer or just have some thea. I can learn you some Dutch too.
