Hi! My name is Paulina Tomicich, I'm 24 years old and an English-Spanish translator.

- I'm really into meeting new people, their costumes and backgrounds - I also love listening to love stories, especially the complicated ones.
-I love reading, very much, a good conversation about literature is always welcome.
-I'm super practical with food, I dare say there's almost nothing I don't like. Baking cakes or cookies is something I find super fun - let alone if one of my 80's playlists is playing in the background.
-I like using bullet points too.

Pourquoi je suis sur Couchsurfing

At first, I was a little bit scared of staying at some stranger's house so I began using Hangouts. I've made so many AMAZING friends thanks to that terribly bugged section of CS hahaha. Then one day, taking courage in both hands, I stayed for a few nights at my first host's place. It was a lovely experience and my first thought was 'Why didn't I do this before???'

I would love to give back to the CS community by hosting but, unfortunately, I'm renting a room in which I can barely fit my bed, so every now and then I just open Hangouts and spend some quality time with travellers and/or locals.

We have no idea how much influence we can have on others. I've learnt so much meeting fellow travellers. Each one of them has left a trace in my soul. Our words and actions can mean so much to others, from hosting someone in need to simply hugging someone when they're worried or sad. I like helping people in any way that I can.

I always like to be clear that I adapt to what my host wants. If you want to take me for a walk around the city, lovely! But if you're busy, or simply aren't in the mood for it, that's also perfect.
