I grew up in Spain and when I was 16 i started wandering around the world for some years with both studies and work. As usual...restaurantes and bar offer great job opportunities for travellers so I became a chef.
Four years ago I opened a small restaurant in madrid. is called Verde Oliva. Now Im taking a break and getting some travell again.

I love meeting people, meeting new places and almost always up to any kind of plan, from sports to nature, to good food and good drinking!

I just bought a second hand van, and Im turning it into a vancamper. Next three months I will be travelling around europe!
My trip idea is to make a gastronomic tour around South and Eastern Europe. So for that purpose I bring with myself in the van a big Paella set and all needed ingredientes such as rice, saffron, etc....My idea is to offer hosts spanish menu (its not a must, just in case it works out) for him/her and friends in exchange of meeting locals and getting information to where to eat and drink wine in the whereabouts!
