I am a passionate outdoor adventurer, an enthusiast for a deeper purpose, and a lover of travel with an immense curiosity for different cultures all over the earth. I'm from Colorado but currently reside in Los Angeles, California.

I have a love for people, adventure, and exploration. I always try to experience different cultures and broaden my world view. I love meeting new people, hearing their stories, and sharing great experiences.

I love being active and doing anything outdoors (hiking, climbing, canyoning, swimming, scuba, sight seeing, sports games). Some nights I love going out to bars or dancing in clubs but I also appreciate just staying home to talk and play games. Deep, insightful conversations is something I also end up doing with people. Whatever I do, I will have a great time. I'm flexible, easy to get along with, and always open to new experiences.

My friends describe me as an outgoing, fun, and energetic girl who's always caring about others. I'm respectful, kind, independent, open-minded, and easy going. I’ve also been told by many that I am way more mature for my age and am constantly mistaken for being older than I really am. I'm passionate about making connections with people and hearing their stories. I am a strong believer in the idea that you can always learn something from someone. To me, people are fascinating and I want to learn more about YOU!!

I’m the type of person that will say YES! I love going on spontaneous adventures and trying new things. More importantly I want to know what you and your friends do! I am always wanting to experience new things.

I love the outdoors so any activity outside is something I would love and have a great time doing it. I also LOVE to go dancing (two step, line dancing, swing, or any new dance I can be taught or easily pick up). But one of my favorite things to do is sitting around a bonfire, dinner table, or bar just talking and connecting with people. I love telling stories and having a great time.

I am a person who is full of fun facts, random knowledge, and some wisdom too.

I'm a professional speaker, teacher, and coach. My job is somewhat hard to describe but I teach what they call “soft skills” in the US and help people to become masterful communicators.
Communication extends far beyond what you say with words alone. What you wear, the way you stand and walk, your facial expressions, and gestures all say something about who you are, before you utter a single word. And when you do speak, your tone, choice of words, accent, distinctive cadence, and speaking style adds to the picture.
I work with adults to help improve interpersonal communication and presentation skills in cooperate trainings or professional development. But my PASSION and what I mainly love to do is work with kids/teens to help them discover, develop, and unleash the voice they have inside them.
I have a deep knowledge of verbal vs nonverbal communication, reading body language, understanding vocal variety, psychology, and behavioral science. If you’re interested in any of this, let me know! I am also curious to see the differences between American communication styles and the rest of the world.
