Hello, I am new to Couchsurfing. I have heard about it in the past and I have friends who have tried it and I was always scared to try it myself, but now I'm here. I'm 27 y.o. woman, semi-serious, semi-crazy. I have a office job as Robotics process automation developer and during free time I occupy myself with music. I create some and I just looooove to sing. I also dance (mostly because I had to find some kind of sports activity that I don't hate). Sometimes I just get these bursts of adventure seeking where I can just jump in the car and drive off without direction and sometimes I can be a huuuuge couch potato. I like interesting and unique people.

我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

I have briefly mentioned before about wanting to try out couchsurfing. For now my current interest is only to find a place to stay since my current living situation does not allow me to accept visitors. But what do you know, maybe one day! But for now, I would like to try out this concept of staying at a random person's home and see if I like it :)

音乐、电影和书籍

Music - back in school I used to think that Rock is good music and everything else is crap. Oh boy, I did not realize how close minded I was. Now I enjoy different kinds of styles. Generally, I don't particularly enjoy lyric-less songs and songs that I cannot understand (basically, if I cannot understand the words the song becomes lyric-less to me as the vocal becomes another instrument and not a message carrier) - with some exceptions of course!

Movies - my favorite move is 'Spirited Away'. I have seen this anime movie probably more than 50 times by now and I would gladly see it again and again. It is such a powerful movie with a strong message. I also really enjoy 'Howl's moving castle' from the same director.

Books - unfortunately this area is suffering because Earth decided to have only 24 hours in a day and mother nature said that third of that we have to spend unconscious. So no time for books. Sad, because I used to love to read.

Teach - I could teach to make some delicious food: e.g. chili soup, baked sweet potato with eggs, weird herring - avocado salad, hot dogs, burgers, pizzas, etc. I don't particularly like to cook, but when I do, the food is delicious. I could teach something about music, basic guitar chords, basic photography.

Learn - I could learn so much from different people. From ways of living, point of views and practical skills.

Share - I hope to share some interesting discussions and conversations, make some memories.
