Hi, I’m Max, my friends call me Rufi. I’m 23 years old and I’m a social person who loves to meet people from other countries and travel around. My travel addiction started when I was 17 and went to my first backpacking trip trough Bolivia and Peru. Since then I just love getting to know the way of life of local people, how they live, what they eat, what they do, etc. I studied business engineering for two years and a half and quit my studies to start to travel around the world.

In my opinion couchsurfing is a great way to connect with people from all around the world and get to know the local way of living. I tried couchsurfing the first time with my girlfriend and now I decided to create my own account!

I like to practice sports like running, soccer, going to the gym, etc. Furthermore I am quite passionate about photography and I love to take photos while visiting new places.

Musik, Filme und Bücher

I could listen to music 24/7 and I like many different types of music for example reggae, rap, tech music, house music, hardstyle, indie, rock, etc. Through music you can also learn a lot about other people and that’s why I like to listen to other people’s favorite music as well.
I’ve been to some electronic dance music festivals having fun and feeling the music trough my body.
You always have some time to enjoy some good movie and popcorns. I’m that kind of person who can be sitting for hours watching series and movies. Some series that I’ve watched are Vikings, Breaking Bad, Game of Thrones, The Walking dead, Black mirror, Stranger Things, The following, Spartacus, Da Vinci’s demons, Forever, American Horror Story, 13 reason why, a bit of Narcos and a many other series that I never finished.

Eine tolle Erfahrung, die ich gemacht habe

My best decision was going to New Zealand for working holiday. I started to learn English, I worked in jobs that I never thought I would do, I made friends from all around the world and I learned a lot about life in general

Lehren, lernen, teilen

I love cooking and I think learning how to make new dishes is a good way to socialize. I could probably teach some Spanish and in general share my experiences while traveling etc.
