About Me

Hey hey!

I`m a 21 year old brazilian, currently living and working as an Au Pair in Poland.

Au Pair in Poland? Crazy, I know. I never thought about Poland as a destination, but opportunity just came to me and I thought ``dude, why not?``

I`m living in a city close to Warsaw and having a lot of fun, besides surviving the winter and days without sun, hehe.

With the family I work, I had the chance to travel to Egypt, Morocco and Slovakia and it was amazing. This is my first time ever traveling around the world, and now, before coming back to Brazil in June, I want to travel around some european countries.

I`m very chill and energetic person, of course sometimes I`ll want to be by myself, listening to some music, reading & watching. We all need that, yeah?
But besides that, I`m a curious traveler, who likes to meet the famous&not known places. Best of both worlds, huh? I like to live life with a smile in the face, even though it may sucks sometimes. The world has a lot of bad things already, we have to try to live happily

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

When I was a young girl dreaming about traveling, I didn`t know that the most important part of the trips are the people we meet.

I`ve met some cool people since I arrived in Europe and for sure they were and are the difference in my stay.

With couchsurfing you can have the experience of sharing a local life and traveling around with some nice company or nice tips about the places.

Music, Movies, and Books

I cannot live a day without music!
I`m really into brazilian music, of course, some good old indie&folk
But I think to write about music we gotta listen, so we can share it together :)

My favorite movie is the Grand Budapest Hotel & Boyhood. Both really good and well structured. I like big cool dramas, but nothing too romantic :p

My favorites book are Nine Stories by Sallinger and Fogo Morto, by Jose do Rego, a brazilian writer.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Walking in the Moroccan desert with a lot of Polish and drinking Vodka!

Teach, Learn, Share

I`d love to learn some traditional cuisine, as well as cool words in the local languages :)
