Ive been in the US for two years and counting. Neat and respectful. What I bring to the Couchsurfing community is shared interest in traveling and sharing tips and stories about countries and places to visit, food and culture. When you’ve traveled enough, you realize that the world isn’t this big and scary place but is filled with people whom you share similarities with and people willing to help each other. I am a positive spirit.

我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

Couchsurfing is perfect because I get to meet new people and exchange cultures whilst exploring new places. For me, it’s a way to broaden my horizon by stepping out of my comfort zone and engaging with people who aren’t or wouldn’t be part of my path if not for platforms like couchsurfing. I do believe that we meet people who are to add value to our purpose. I know whom ever hosts me or I host, it’ll be a meant to be interaction.

兴趣

People-watching, day-dreaming, I’m a very good listener and so I’ve found myself genuinely interesting in hearing people viewpoints on anything really. Count me in on anything which include fresh air.

Teach my native language which is Xhosa. It’ll be something you’ve never heard before and quite a great conversation starter. Very fun to hear and try to pronounce. Share my travel tales and the experience I’ve gained this far through meeting people from all over the world. If it sounds like I’m a yapper mouth, I promise I’m not. I’m super self-aware and my interpersonal skills are top two and they’re not number two. I enjoy a good laugh. Very pleasant and uplifting spirit to be around, so there’s that about that.
