About Me

Just another world traveler on her way to explore everything this beautiful planet has to offer. Startet in Germany, traveled beautiful SEA for about 5 months, followed by nearly a year Australia and three months New Zealand. Right now I am traveling South America. I am into food, yoga, music (playing and listening), cooking, adventures, outdoors, camping, water sports and writing and reading. In love with the universe and our beautiful planet 🌎 Love having a good laugh and conversations. Would never say no to a nice glass of Chardonnay 😄🤷🏻‍♀️

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I have decided to be a member of the couchsurfing community so I can learn and give from/to other people :-) I have been on the road for already 1.5 years and startet as an absolute newbe to "this" travel-thing. After a while I found out that I actually do not enjoy rushing across this amzing planet in order to check things off my bucket list. Instead I enjoy meeting new people, learning new things, sharing stories and experiences and making new friends. Especially when traveling solo I love meeting new people and get to now them more than just the odd "who are you and where did you travel".

Music, Movies, and Books

Red Hot Chili Peppers, Imagine Dragons, Ben Howard, Of Monsters and Men, MS MR, The XX, Kygo, 70/80s classics, a few german HipHop-groups. Just for hanging out I like folk and of course the odd sing-a-long music for traveling by car. But actually it depends on my mood and on the situation, but I love listening to music in general and going to concerts. I think in total I went to more than 30 festivals already and was able to see many classic &; famous musicians/groups as Metallica and Swedish House Mafia.
The books you would find in my shelf - if I would have one and would not be traveling 😄 - would be everything of Paulo Coelho, especially The Alchimist. I love the National Geographic’s Magazines about Scienc and Earth and Traveling. I’m interested in Philosophy, Neuroscience and Travel literature.
Two of my all time favorite movies are Fight Club and Shawshank Redemption. Right now I’m just finishing “Narcos” and “Suits”.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

That one is actually hard to describe. As I am a pretty open-minded and adventurous girl that has been traveling on and off for 10years already I am not able to choose one single experience. I think it is the whole thing in itself, my life is my biggest adventure and experience in itself :-D

Teach, Learn, Share

I love to learn new languages, new recipes and way of livings. I simply enjoy to get to known to different kind of people as I appreciate the differences yet similarities of all of us :-) I could teach you german, but life is definetley too short und precious to learn that language :-D instead of this I can teach you how to cook my favourite Indonesian dessert!
