我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

I got my first few experiences with couchsurfing from my flatmate. She invites people from all over the world and when time suites me too I am joining them. So I got to know how couchsurfing works and I liked that. Now I want to start making my own experiences, going places and meet new people.

I like different kinds of Music, movies and books.
I am not a fan of loud music. And don't have a favorite kind. It depends from mood and setting.
My favorite movie changes a lot. The child in me loves Disney like Pocahontas or Aladdin. I am not a big fan of horror movies. But I all other kinds are fine. the day after tomorrow, the fault in our stars. Harry Potter. Intouchables. some of the Marvel movies. Series like the big bang theory. dance academy. riverdale. pretty little liars. grey's anatomy. the middle.
I wished I would read more. Best book lately was Harry Potter and the cursed child and 13 little blue envelopes. I like it when they are based on "true" stories.

My friendship to my pen pal.
We are in contact since 2008. We both started to improve our englisch skills by writing the letters. (That was very helpful for my exchange year in the US -also a great experience).
Then finally I visited her in 2014. It was my best vacation. It was a new way to travel for me. I enjoyed the traveling with locals like her and her family and friends in Sri Lanka.
