So... Hi, my name is Vladka, the beerlover 🍻, 19yo and I'm living in Slovakia. Whats more? I think that it's very selfish to write about myself, but I don't have that many references, so this is the only way. :D

Honestly, for some people I'm very weird or crazy, because I can't be serious... really, I've laughting a lot, I'm very sarcastic and I love dark humor. :D Sometimes I seen like an introvert, because for my age I've read lots of books and I also love "strong" sorts of music, which not many people like. But you know what? I don't care what others think about me. :) This is me, i don't wan't to act like someone else... be who you wanna to be, not what others want you to be. I'm also not judging anybody... do you like rap/disco/pop? I don't care! Are we totally different? Guess what... I also don't care. If you are good (and funny) person I have no problem to spare my time with you. I'm open-minded, friendly (hope so) and very talkative.... seriously, I can talk long hours about everything... even about bullshits. :D

I love travelling and meeting new people, getting to know something about their mentality and countries... this is why I love Erasmus projects so much, and also why I'm here on Couchsurfing. :)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm very happy that something like CS does existist. As I said before, I'm very comunicative and curious person, who loves traveling and meeting new people... It's more interesting for me, you know. When someone is telling me about mentallity of current country, it's just something incredible and new, because I'm from small "village". It makes trip for me just more absorbing and unique, and it changes the way of thinking. (: I have just few experiences with CS but it was cool as hell and I want moore. :D

Music, Movies, and Books

I love fantasy books, like series from JRR Tolkien, GRR Martin, Adrzej Sapkowski and Terry Pratchett. Of course, I've read many sorts of books, but those are my highlights. (:

And about music? Haard question. I love metal and rock bands, mainly ours from Europe. Presently, I'm listening mainly Scandinavian bands like Månegarm, Sólstafir, Burzum, Amon Amarth, Avatar, Wardruna, In Flames, Korpiklaani, Primordial, Wintersun... and many other similar "pagan" bands. :)

I have really various style and I do not despise old interprets like Black Sabbath, Iron Maiden (my lovely one), Metallica, Dio, the Clash, Sex Pistols even Johny Cash, Aerosmith, Rolling Stones or Led Zeppelin. I'm also writing reviews for two webzines: one is mainly about pagan metal and other one is generally about rock and metal music.
