About Me

I’m archaeologist so that my interest is about my own culture, which I know very well. I would like to meet a lot of people, their society and customs in each place I will visit. I consider me like a world citizen, my village is the whole world, for that I’m always worried about how improve it with my actions and ideas.

My life’s phylosophy is simple and trying to be consequent with her “Without effort there is not victory”. I think this phrase has marked my life and recognise it as a part of my experience.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

To meet different cultures through their people.

Interests

My main interest is to know more about different cultures and customs. For that, I love traveling and meeting other social realities through their own people.

Music, Movies, and Books

I love different kind of music like indie, new wave, spanish rock, hard rock, etc. I usually go out to dance and to listen to rock every weekends with friends. We have fun when go around Lima Center and enter to all bars and pubs where there is good music.

I’m watching films always because I love them. I like independent films which were done in other countries where you can see others societies and realities.

Over the books, I love reading about my professional career like history, archaeologist, economy or social reality. I like the literature too, but up to now I’ve just read latin american authors like Garcia Marquez, Vargas Llosa, Isabel Allende, Mario Bennedeti, Ernesto Sabato, etc.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Due to my professional career I’ve had to visit to a lot of cities into Perú and to know a variety of cultures; but also, working in those places I’ve discovered many amazing things that I never imagined. So, if I had to choose an incredible something that I did, it would be to have traveled to Cuzco by first time and to know its magic sites where once upon a time lived the Incas people.

Teach, Learn, Share

I’m interesting in the culture and history of my region what is something that I can teach to others people.

We all learn something every day, more when we have the opportunity of traveling and meeting others places, people and cultures.

Learning something every day is always gratifying.

Sharing something is good and it has valuer than other things when that are ideas, cultures and customs.

What I Can Share with Hosts

Currently, I can just offer some advices about important places, restaurants, events, safe transports, dangerous places, etc.
