About Me

Hey! I'm a young 19 guy who wants to travel this summer trough the Tchèque Republic. My dad,who is a history teacher who loves his job give me his historic legacy which means that I love History, especially the Est European history. I'm a law student and so many lawyers traveled trough Europe for understand the law traditions in other countries! Moreover it will be awesome if I can feel the country without taking the touristic narrow roads..

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I get this app because i want to know a country by its inhabitants and i would be invited in their own homes. It's the better way to avoid the tourist mass. I would like to learn from my guest house and share our respectiv cultur, our life experiences. And indeed it's a bonus to avoid the expensive flat rental.

Music, Movies, and Books

The Strokes , The velvet underground and Noir désir are my favorite groups. I love blues and his legacy, the ROCK. Stevie Ray Vaughan is one of my favorite guitarists. Otherwise, i love also the world music as Touré Rachel Collective or Magda Brudzinska. The french singers as Renaud, Gainsbourg or even Jacques Brel will always be for me very important, that sounds like my childhood',s soul.
I just love a kind of films, the "rise and down" films. The Goodfellas with Joe Pesci and De Niro has me so much more than I have seen it at less a dozen times. Whiplash, i love this film, with the self improvment and try to niver give up your purpose or even Match Point. Une vie violente who based on a true story of a Corsican fighter. Un homme est mort de René Vautier or Miyazaki's films. My favorite filmmaker are italian and american. My home was full of books because my mother is a french teacher! The stranger from Camus, the Human Best from Zola, The Wind Shadow from Carlos Ruiz Zafon help me a lot in my daily life. I love so much the russian literature, despite its complexity. To sum up, i love all kinds of books. Especially a book from beatnik movements, On the Road.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

It's my most memorable memory. At the end of the highscool, we were with my classmates in a travel trough the Europe. In this trip, we have visited about four or five concentration camp. Auschwitz was visited on the last day. Before that, i read so many stuff about this place, saw so many documentaries. Over there, a kind of weird snow fall down all the day and all this countryscape arround the camp become more and more white and full of sadness.

What I Can Share with Hosts
