Hi all! I am very new to Couchsurfing and I’m so excited to be a part of this global community here. :) I am a 25 year old, female, just about to start my PhD studies in Clinical Psychology. I’m originally from Burma but currently live in Boston. I love all kinds of music. Love rocking out in the car during the long road trips or just singing with friends in karaoke. :)

Reading Cheryl Strayed these days but I have so many favorite authors and books. I have started to love more non-fiction in the recent years.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Hiking by the glaciers in Montana with an amazing group of friends who taught me how to cope with cold and showed me how to build tent in outdoors. ;)

Teach, Learn, Share

Being originally from Burma/Myanmar and having studied in the U.S., I have many unique stories of languages, culture and/or about amazing people that I've met during this life journey. One of my greatest joys in life has been sharing stories and learning from new people all over the world.

I would love to also share my Burmese curry or salad recipes with you and let me know if you can teach me your favorite dishes!

I have also taught mindfulness and relaxation at a primary care clinic and if that’s something you are interested, I have tips and resources on it too. :)
